Eman has worked as a journalist for more than 13 years. She started out as a TV journalist in 2008 and in 2018 moved into the Digital media field. She has two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Financial Journalism from City University, UK.

Eman has been part of the Digital media team in Sky News Arabia since 2018. Prior to that she worked in BBC Arabic headquartered in London.

What inspired you to work in the media?

I was inspired by my passion to help those around me and ensure they stay informed. I believe media is our gateway to life and to knowledge.

What advice would you give students or young media enthusiasts looking to enter the field of media and television?

Always ensure you are credible. Speed is important but it should not compromise the accuracy of your reporting. Credibility is what makes or breaks a journalist.
