Media Master Class

Objectives:

• Empowering trainees to master the skills of TV Presenting and media appearance, voice-over, podcast production, and digital content creation utilizing artificial intelligence.
• Trainees will receive their own graduation projects in each subject, in addition to a graduation certificate from Sky News Arabia Academy."

Course outline:

TV Presenting and Media Appearance:

• Controlling body language and communication, learning TV and live interviews.
• Art of media appearance.
• How to deal with the camera, managing conversations.
• Preparing for bulletins or interviews, and the nature of working in the newsroom.
• Learning the basics of editing and the pillars of the news bulletin.
• Knowing the types of guests and the criteria for selecting them, and dealing with breaking news and coverage.
• Coordinating with the bulletin producer and the team, and understanding the principles of analysis and question writing.
• Learning voice-over, eliminating local accents, and improving presentation, breathing, and linguistic skills.

Voice-over and Podcasting:

• Learning how to execute distinctive voice readings of texts with multiple and diverse styles and voices.
• Understanding basic voice recording techniques and selecting suitable equipment to achieve high audio quality.
• Learning how to use audio editing software to process audio files, improve their quality, and add sound effects.
• Empowering participants to develop a unique voice style that reflects their personality and distinguishes them in their work as voice-over artists.
• Learning how to prepare and organize episodes and manage podcasts professionally, including identifying suitable topics, preparing scripts, and directing interviews.
• Understanding how to market podcasts and increase listener audience through effective marketing strategies.

Digital Content Creation and Artificial Intelligence:

• Introducing participants to the concepts and methods of digital content creation, including different types of content and production tools used.
• Developing effective writing and editing skills to produce engaging and distinctive content online.
• Learning how to use modern technology such as artificial intelligence and data analysis to improve content quality and increase audience engagement.
• Understanding how to effectively manage digital content and market it to target audiences on social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Learning how to use data to analyze content performance, identify trends, and new opportunities to improve strategies and increase work efficiency.
• Understanding how to use artificial intelligence techniques such as text synthesis and content analysis to generate dynamic and automatically renewable content.
